❋ Lily Rice (b. 2003) is a visual artist based in Rochester, NY.

Her work aims to interrogate broader societal relationships to fantasy, questioning the ways in which it distorts our perception of social realities and historical pasts.

Sometimes, Lily's figures are plasticized- the paint is sprayed onto the backs of 6-feet clear acrylic sheets, building up life-sized, hyper-sexual figures that attempt to assimilate into their surroundings using their materials transparency.
